If you are coming over from Canon, then you know what I mean. If you are new to Sony, then let me say that the menus make sense and are laid out intuitively. I can also save a menu set, so I have one for sports and one for landscape – simple. It literally took me minutes to setup the menu. Sony has been very consistent with their e-mount series cameras and I’m starting to feel right at home.

Setting this camera’s Menu up was a breeze. Coupled with a 24MP full-frame sensor, this camera produces beautiful files with amazing dynamic range! This is mainly due to Sony’s Phase Detection autofocus that covers 97% of the screen. My initial impressions is that this camera can definitely handle both genres however, I would need to test it more with fast-moving sports to really see if the fast autofocus is up to the task.
